Je mehr ich aus diesem Thread lese Gaining volume with Kyrpa - Thunder's Place, desto wenige halte ich vom Abwärmen. Werde es daher mal weglassen. Unter der Belastung ganz gewohnt dadurch Dehnung der Kollagenfasern, die anschließend bei neuer Länge erstarren, anstatt sie dann erneut warm und somit (auf verkürzter Länge) beweglich zu machen woraufhin man seine Gains behindert.
Interessante Theorie.

Macht meiner Meinung nach absolut Sinn. Also kurz vor dem Ablegen des Expanders nochmal unter die IR Lampe und bei Zimmertemperatur abkühlen lassen.
Wer was anderes denkt gern widerlegen.
