Discoloration
In this section, we'll cover two of the more common types of discoloration/stamina. This is different from the immediately temporary post-training discoloration one might note after a session of heavy pumping or jelqing.
The two main types of discoloration are the reddish/purple kind which can fluctuate with training, and the more permanent brownish staining type.
The first type is typically found after performing multiple sessions of activities like pumping, high rep/pressure jelqing or clamping. If the discoloration doesn't dissipate after a few hours, then it's a sign of you having overworked your penis. While this is more of a cosmetic issue than a sign of injury, only rest and therapeutic treatments (like those outlined above for spots) will allow for healing.
The longer lasting, reddish type of discoloration is due to "hemosiderin stains"- which is where red blood cell deposits develop causing a rust-colored effect. For this, an application of Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) cream or ointment will be helpful. Be sure to test only a small portion of this on your penis for 24 hours to ensure a full application won't burn the sensitive skin of the penis.
